PLACEMENT FEE PERMANENT:
12% of the annual salary of the candidate which includes transport costs (once off)
20% of candidate’s salary
3 days at no charge, additional days are charged at R100 per day paid to the agency
R50 – paid to the nanny after the interview
TRIAL DAY RATE:
R280 per full day (08h00 to 17h00)
R200 per half day (4 hours or less)
Per each registration, you may interview up to 4 candidates and trial for a period of 3 days.
After the interview has taken place you please advise your agent which nanny you would like to trial and the agent will make the necessary arrangements with the candidate.
Placement fees are due as soon as placement has been confirmed.
The Nannie Agency offers a three month replacement guarantee on all permanent placements.
We offer one replacement per position,We do not offer refunds.
CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE:
The invoice is paid on due date.
All requests for a replacements need to be made in writing within the first three months of employment.
All replacement terms are met (see below)
We will replace if the following conditions are met:
The correct dismissal procedure was followed according to the labour law. The Client remains solely responsible for ensuring that the dismissal of any nanny placed with the client is fair in terms of the relevant labour laws.
The employer did not breach the employment contract in terms of working hours, agreed overtime, salary deductions or living conditions or any other basic conditions as stated in the Minimum Standards of Employment Act.
If the relationship between nanny and employer has deteriorated to the point that they are no longer able to work together.
Salaries were paid on time.
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
If the relationship is terminated by the Nanny for non-compliance by the Client with regard to signed working hours and rate of pay as per this signed agreement.
REFERRAL OF CANDIDATES:
The Nannie Agency will charge a full placement fee in the event of any candidate who has previously been introduced to the client through the agency and is offered employment in a temporary, part time or permanent capacity. The normal placement fees would apply.
TEMPORARY AND AD HOC PLACEMENTS:
Temporary placements are for a fixed period of time (up to 6 months) and may only be extended once according to labour regulations after which the candidate will be considered to be permanently employed.
Fees for temporary placement is due on the day the candidate begins employment and are charged monthly in advance.
In the event that the candidate is offered permanent employment at the end of the contract or at any time during the contract, a full permanent placement fee is charged thereafter.
Ad hoc temporary placements are in the event of a client who needs a nanny/housekeeper urgently and application and payment needs to be made within 24 hours of commencement of work.
When an ad hoc nanny/housekeeper is required, the agent will select the nanny/housekeeper and direct her to the home of the client, the client should ensure that there will be someone to greet the nanny/housekeeper and familiarize her with the home before commencement of work and inform her of her tasks/duties for the day. The client accepts that the agency will make a selection of candidate based on the requirements by client as indicated.
The agency pays the candidate for all ad hoc work once the client has confirmed her attendance.
